Village Photography North East Family Portrait Competition
Village Photography are looking for Families to take part in the North East Family Portrait Competition. To enter we can use any of the following as long as there is more than one person, so it can be Couples, Siblings, Mam with Children, Dad with Children, Parents with Children, Grandparents with Children or Grandchildren, Grandchildren, Cousins, Generation shoots and of course not forgetting the family dog, your dog can be included in any of these shoots, if your a single mam or dad and your only baby is your dog then that fine as well.
Is £10 to enter per family to enter the North East Family Portrait Conpetition which will be donation 100% to The Charlie & Carter Cookson Foundation.
To enter all you have to do is call Judith on 07947153935, send a text to the same number or complete the registration form and Judith will then call you back to book your children/family in for their session.
The cost to take part is £10 per family which is donated 100% in full to The Charlie & Carter Cookson Foundation.
T&C’s
- Our Competition is open for all with a number of combinations ie, Children with Parents, siblings, Children with your pet dog, Generation shoots to name just a few.
- Due to the high number of sessions please arrive at the studio 5 mins before your allotted time slot. If you are late you may be asked to return at a later date. Our Studio is based at 16 Mountbatten Avenue, Hebburn, NE31 2QP.
- Please note to book your session you will be asked to pay a £30 booking fee to secure you session in our studio, your £10 donation will be deducted from your booking fee and the remaining £20 will be refunded on the day of your shoot. However if you fail to arrive arrive then your booking- fee will become non-refundable, if you cancel your session your booking fee is non-refundable. We are giving our time free of charge to raise funds for this fantastic charity.
- Your Family Portrait Session may include a maximum of 12 family members and may also include any family dogs, after all they are part of the family too! and your entry image must be taken by Village Photography in our studio.
- Competition is open for entries from the 1st January 2026 until 23rd December 2026 for all entries.
- Customers choose there favourite image of their to enter the competition.
- Customers are encouraged to share with their friends & familys there chosed image. Images will be loaded up onto our Facebook page on the last day of each month.
- All entries will be judged by Independent Judges, who will choose 1st, 2nd & 3rd from all of Village Photography’s entries.
- The Prizes are as stated below and no other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable.
- 1st prize is £100 Cash Prize
- 2nd prize is £75 Cash Prize
- 3rd prize is £50 Casj Prize
- All winners and results will be with me by 31st January 2027. (subject to change). Winners will be notified by telephone, once prizes are available to be handed over, winners have 6 weeks to collect their prize.
- All winners will be invited back to our studio to collect their prize and will be asked to have a photograph taken accepting their prize.
- By entering this competion all entrants agree to the use of their names and images being used on any of our websites, social media platforms, display brochures, litrature, studio displays and any other form of advertising Village Photography deem acceptable. We will never pass your details onto any Third Party Companies.
- The judges decision is final and we have no involvement in the judging of the North East Family Portrait Competition.
- We will display the 3 winners from Village Photography’s competition below as normal.
- A person can enter as many times as they wish but it is £10 per entry image.
- Entries from the North East Family Portrait Competiton & The Me & My Family Competiton will be run as one competition and all donations from both competitions will be fonated to The Charlie & Carter Cookson Foundation.
