In addition to our Dog Photography, Village Photography also specialise in all types of Newborn Baby, Children’s and Family Portraits, we are studio based and all of our sessions take place in our studio, which is based on Mountbatten Avenue in Hebburn near Newcastle.
Our family portrait photography sessions are relaxed and fun, and our aim is to capture the individual expressions of everyone taking part and having fun during your portrait session.
Family portraits are an important part of our history.
Old family photographs tell us where we have come from, where we’re going and how we’ve come to be the way we are. Family photographs capture your passion, your interests, your love and possibly more importantly your relationship with your family.
Everyone is welcome at Village Photography, Mam, Dad, the Kids, Grandparents , Oh and don’t forgot, if you have a dog we can include your dog in your family portrait too!
Looking back through the “old biscuit tins” I have very few photographs of my family together, and I often wish we could go back and change that, especially my much-loved and sadly missed grandparents.
We lovingly create family portraits that we hope will be handed down to your children and grandchildren. Portraits that will be proudly displayed on your walls for generations.
When should I book our Family Portraits?
To book Village Photography to capture your Family Portrait its best to make your bookings as soon as possible. Portrait slots book up very quickly, especially after school and weekend slots.
How long will my family portrait shoot last?
For a family of upto 6 we leave allow a 1-hour time slot for your shoot, for large groups of family members we allow for an extra 30 minutes so we can break the family down into smaller groups ie, this also allows us an “unrushed” session, helps everyone relax, have fun and enjoy their experience with us.
How much does a family portrait cost?
Our family and children’s portrait packages start at just £45, this covers your session, shoot and one mounted 12” x 8” print of your choice from your shoot.
You can also add our mini package onto your shoot which is an online special offer only and can be purchased by clicking this mini package link. or you can purchase single images as detailed below.
If you wish to purchase just a couple of extras:
- £50.00 for single mounted 6” x 4” or 4 for the price of 3 £135
- £50.00 for single mounted 8” x 6” or 4 for the price of 3 £145
- £50.00 for single mounted 10” x 8” or 4 for the price of 3 for £150
- £150 for single 16” x 12” print
- £175 for single 20″ x 16″ print
Larger sizes are also available
The mini package includes:
- Two 16” x 12” mounted prints
- Three 10” x 8” mounted prints
- Five 8” x 6” mounted prints
- Five 6” x 4” mounted prints
You choose your favourite prints from your shoot to make up this package
