Village Photography Terms & Conditions
Village Photography are Family & Childrens Portrait Photographers, Based in Hebburn, Tyne & Wear.
Under the Copyright and Patents Act of 1988, Judith Graham T/As Village Photography retains the copyright of all images taken. It is a criminal offence to copy, screen grab, scan or reproduce photographs in any way without the written consent of Judith Graham T/as Village Photography. You may purchase digital files, once you have purchased the digital files you are granted a licence to use images for personal use. Your purchased files can then be used for sharing with your friends and family on social media sites, for updating model or acting portfolios, and printing out for yourself, family and friends. These images are not to be sold or given to any third parties without prior consent.
Images that are purchased as digital files are not to be altered in any way that change the integrity of the image without prior consent.
Images taken in photographic sessions may be used by Judith Graham T/As Village Photography for display or marketing purposes. This could include social media, marketing literature, or galleries on this website. This is for the purpose of promoting my photography so clients can see the style of work I create.
If you would prefer your child’s images not to be displayed in this way please let me know at the time of you photographic session.
A booking fee is payable when you book your photographic session which is the full session fee relating to the type of photographic session you are booking as set out below, and this secures your date and time in the diary. This fee is non-refundable but fully transferable to another date if at least 3 days notice is given. If you need to cancel due to illness as I understand this can happen at any time, you must advise us before your photographic session is due to take place. We are always happy to reschedule if due to illness, subject to availability. If you cancel one of our themed photo shoots, then we will offer you a new slot the next time the theme is set up. Please note no refunds can be issued and it is up to you to contact us to reschedule your shoot, if you fail to contact us within 12 months of your cancelled shoot then we will assume you no longer wish to take part and your booking-fee will be non-refundable. If your child is ill I prefer to re-schedule appointments due to illness, as I want to get the very best images of your children. If you fail to arrive without notification then your full booking fee is non-refundable,
We do not allow the use of video recording or the use of your own camera or mobile phone during your photographic session.
By booking a photographic session at Judith Graham T/As Village Photography you are agreeing to all the above terms and conditions. Thank you for your understanding and I look forward to meeting you at your photographic session.
