As a children’s portrait photographer near Newcastle I absolutely love sitter sessions, they can be so much fun and rewarding.

The best time for a Sitter Session Is when your baby is able to sit unaided and comfortable on their own, which is normally anywhere from around the 6 months old stage, but as we all know every baby is different, and if your baby can sit on their own and unaided at 5 months that’s great or if they are a little older that’s also fine, and being able sit to unaided at any age is definitely a big milestone you don’t want to miss.

At this age your baby may also be so alert they may be attracted to everything around them especially our studio lights which is sometimes just so cute to capture a very natural shot.
Our Sitter sessions normally are approx. 45 minutes, we try to keep them as fun and relaxed as possible relaxed, and put the happiness & comfort of your baby first.
We have a few props that we can use and we always encourage Mam & Dad to help us by clapping, singing, playing peek-a-boo and even pulling funny faces behind my back to get the best smiles from your baby.
My studio is based in Hebburn and I would love the opportunity to create some beautiful memories of your baby that you will treasure forever.
Our sessions cost £45 and includes one mounted 12 x 8 print of your choice from your shoot.
